HRXTRA will ensure you are in-line with current employment legislation.
- Offer letters – the offer letter forms part of the contract, it is vital that it reflects what you want to offer
- Terms and conditions – that reflect your organisation’s working practices/policies and comply with current legislation
- Contract of employment – written terms of employment must be issued within 8 weeks of the start of employment. If changes occur a variation of contract must be issued
- Contracts for Services – sub contractors, consultants, self employed
