Rhona Thomson is the Director and founder of HRXTRA. Rhona is a fully qualified HR specialist, holding an Msc in HR, she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited Investors in People Assessor. She also has over 20 years expertise in human resources and training across a variety of sectors.

HRXTRA have assisted organisations of all sizes and sectors with their HR and training needs and issues. Our service is affordable and flexible allowing smaller organisations to concentrate on managing and developing their business and providing larger organisations with an extra pair of hands at busy times.

What we do...

We can support you on a one-off basis helping to resolve a particular issue, provide support for a set period to help with a specific project or training, or provide interim advice and guidance for a retained period. We do not ask you to sign a long term agreement, whichever level of support you require.

We work with you to provide the appropriate advice, guidance and expertise for your organisation in line with current employment law legislation and best practice.
